Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026. This policy explains what data Acquirely Enterprises, LLC collects, how we use and share it, and your choices, when you visit acquirely.io, book a call, or use the Acquirely Platform at app.acquirely.io.

1. Who we are

Acquirely Enterprises, LLC (“Acquirely,” “we,” “us”) is a Delaware limited liability company based in Miami Beach, Florida. We run the website acquirely.io, the Acquirely Platform (software for B2B cold email, inbox warm-up, and reply handling), and done-for-you appointment setting services. Questions about this policy: zane@acquirely.io.

2. Our role

For your account and our website, we decide how your data is used (we are the “controller”).

For data you put into the Platform (your leads, campaigns, and the content of your connected inboxes), we process it on your behalf and under your instructions (we are the “processor” or “service provider”). Our customer decides who to contact and is responsible for having a lawful basis to do so. If you received an email sent through Acquirely and want to stop it, reply to that sender or use its unsubscribe link; you can also contact us and we will pass your request on.

3. What we collect

  • Account information: your name, work email, company, password (stored hashed), team members, and settings.
  • Connected inbox access: when you connect a sending inbox, we store the access needed to use it. For Google Workspace, that is either a sign-in grant (OAuth) or domain-wide delegation that your Workspace administrator sets up. For Microsoft 365 or Outlook, it is a Microsoft sign-in grant. For other providers, it is the SMTP and IMAP server details and credentials you enter. Credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest.
  • Email content needed to run the service: the emails you send through the Platform, replies to them, and warm-up emails, including headers, subject lines, body text, and sender and recipient addresses. We read your inbox only for the features you turn on, such as sending, detecting replies and bounces, warm-up, and AI reply handling.
  • Leads you upload or build: names, work emails, job titles, companies, and other fields in your lists.
  • Billing information: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your billing name, address, plan, and the last four digits and expiry of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage and device logs: pages and features used, actions taken, IP address, browser and device type, and error and security logs.
  • Website and booking information: when you book a call or contact us, the details you enter (name, email, phone, company, revenue range, notes), plus basic site analytics.

4. How we use data

  • To provide the Platform: sending, warm-up, reply detection, AI features, and booking meetings.
  • To create and secure your account, and to prevent spam, fraud, and abuse, including reviewing accounts before sending is turned on and enforcing our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • To bill you and keep financial records.
  • To send service emails (receipts, security alerts, product changes) and, if you booked a call, confirmations and reminders by email, call, or text.
  • To support you and fix problems.
  • To improve the Platform using usage data and aggregated, de-identified statistics. We don’t use the content of your inboxes or your leads to train AI models.
  • To comply with the law and protect our rights.

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, improving the service), your consent (where we ask for it, such as SMS), and legal obligations.

5. Google user data and Limited Use

Acquirely’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect a Gmail or Google Workspace inbox:

  • We use Gmail data only to provide and improve the features you use in Acquirely: sending your campaigns, warm-up, finding replies and bounces, and drafting or sending replies you’ve set up.
  • We do not sell Gmail data.
  • We do not use Gmail data for advertising, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based ads.
  • We do not use Gmail data to train general-purpose or foundation AI or machine learning models. When an AI feature needs email content, we send only what that task needs to our AI provider, which is not allowed to use it to train its models.
  • People at Acquirely do not read your Gmail data unless you give explicit consent for specific messages (for example, in a support request), it is needed for security purposes such as investigating abuse, it is needed to comply with the law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
  • We transfer Gmail data to others only as needed to provide the features above (for example, to our hosting and AI subprocessors), to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with the same protections.

You can remove Acquirely’s access at any time by disconnecting the inbox in the Platform or in your Google Account permissions. Workspace administrators can also revoke domain-wide delegation in the Google Admin console. The same rules apply to data we receive from Microsoft and SMTP/IMAP inboxes.

6. Sharing and subprocessors

We don’t sell or rent personal data, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the service providers below, who process it for us under contract, and when the law requires it.

7. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the U.S., the EU, and other countries. Where data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland is transferred, we rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum.

8. How long we keep data

  • Account data: for as long as your account is open.
  • Leads, campaigns, and email content: until you delete them, or within 30 days after your account closes.
  • Connected inbox credentials and tokens: deleted as soon as you disconnect the inbox or close your account.
  • Backups: up to 30 more days, then overwritten.
  • Billing records: as long as tax and accounting laws require (usually 7 years).
  • Security logs: up to 12 months.

9. Deleting your data

You can delete leads, campaigns, and inboxes in the Platform at any time. To delete your whole account and its data, use the account settings or email zane@acquirely.io. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, apart from records we must keep by law.

10. Security

We encrypt data in transit (TLS) and encrypt inbox credentials and tokens at rest. Access to production systems is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects your data, we will notify you as the law requires.

11. Cookies

We use cookies needed to sign you in and keep your session secure. On acquirely.io we use privacy-friendly analytics and may store small preferences, such as tracking which page sent you to book a call. You can block cookies in your browser, but the Platform won’t work without sign-in cookies.

12. Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time.

EEA and UK: you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

California and other U.S. states: you have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We don’t sell or share personal data as those laws define it. We won’t treat you differently for using your rights.

To make a request, email zane@acquirely.io. We may need to verify who you are, and we will answer within the time the law sets (usually 30 to 45 days). If your data is in a customer’s Platform account (for example, you are on their lead list), we will help that customer respond.

13. Children

Our services are for businesses and people 18 or older. We don’t knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

14. SMS and text messaging

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts from Acquirely Enterprises, LLC (for example, when you book a call), we use it to send messages about your call and our services, such as confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our SMS platform), who may only use it for that purpose.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will tell account owners by email or in the Platform before it takes effect.
